Join Cargas as a Customer Success Manager and build lasting relationships that drive engagement, product adoption, and business growth. You’ll help our customers maximize the value of Cargas Energy, our proprietary software serving the fuel delivery and HVAC service industries. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within customer organizations.

• Act as the main point of contact for non-support inquiries, providing guidance and engagement opportunities.

• Increase customer value through adoption metrics, engagement plans, and product updates.

• Conduct strategic business reviews and identify add-on opportunities.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver a cohesive experience.

• Advocate for customer needs while representing Cargas’ goals and values.

Experience We Value

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and execute strategic plans.

• Proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools; strong analytical skills.

• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, managing mid-market or enterprise portfolios, or conducting business reviews.
